　　三、招聘条件

　　1. 具有博士学位，在海外大学担任教授或在海外知名大学担任副教授以上终身教职或博士后工作，有连续3年以上的海外科研工作经历。

　　2. 在所从事领域已取得突出的学术业绩，在顶级或著名学术期刊上发表高水平论文。

　　3. 团结协作，爱岗敬业，具有奉献精神，能积极参与团队建设。

　　4. 其他要求：

　　（1）中药学院：在肠道菌群研究、立体化学研究、络合健研究或组学分析等领域优先。

　　（2）第一临床医学院（东直门医院）：近五年以第一作者或者通讯作者至少发表影响因子在10及以上的SCI研究论文2篇。

　　1.学术水平相当于“长江学者”特聘教授，年薪不低于60万人民币（税前）；

　　Applicants must have the following qualities: team-work player, commitment to work and dedication to research, and active involvement in team building besides personal development.

　　(1) School of Chinese Materia Medica: Research fields in gut microbiome, steric chemistry, complex compound or omics studies are preferred.

　　Academic level equivalent to the distinguished professor of Cheung Kong Scholar Program and shall be provided with the annual salary no less than 600,000RMB;

　　7.Brief Introduction to BUCM

　　Founded in 1956, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM), originally known as Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is one of the earliest established institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. Our college was recognized as a national key university by the central government in 1963 and changed to the current name of BUCM in 1993.

　　BUCM was selected into the list of national “Project 211” universities in 1996. Three primary disciplines of BUCM (traditional Chinese medicine, Integrated Chinese and Western medicine, Chinese materia medica) were all ranked into the national “Double First-Rank” university plan.

　　As the first institution offering doctoral and post-doctoral sites among all TCM colleges and universities, BUCM has three post-doc research centers of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese materia medica, and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
