一、团队负责人简介

胡迟春，粤港澳交通基础设施创新联合实验室主任，华南理工大学教授、博士生导师，基建处副处长，道路工程创新中心主任，兼任国家自然基金委员会函评专家、教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家、广东省发展和改革委员会专家。2007-2009年访问美国联邦公路局、2017-2018年访问瑞士联邦材料科技研究所。入选中国-欧盟委员会“中欧人才”项目和珠江科技新星人才项目。主持3项国基项目，2项中德科学中心项目，4项境外课题，1项粤港联合重大课题；发表SCI/EI检索论文50余篇，获国家授权专利近30项。自主研发的超粘精罩面（NovaPave）超薄技术已经在广州机场高速、广佛高速、新化高速、广明高速、广州北二环高速、深圳龙大高速、广三高速等项目得到广泛应用，累计应用面积超过200万平方。

二、招收岗位

高水平博士后1-2名，在站时间2年。

三、研究方向

1、路面预防性养护新技术；

2、沥青路面再生；

3、沥青路面自愈合；

4、新型沥青路面材料；

5、3d雷达在道路工程中的应用研究；

6、智慧路面。

四、岗位要求

1.年龄不超过35周岁，取得博士学位不超过3年，具备道路工程、高分子材料、化学/化工（与沥青材料相关）、计算机（与3d雷达或者图像处理相关）、土木工程（数值模拟或流变力学）等相关专业背景。

2.科研基础扎实，已在相关研究领域取得较好科研成果，具备独立从事科研工作的能力、较强的文献阅读和写作能力以及较高的英文水平。

3.表达能力强，善于沟通，有出色的团队合作精神。

​五、待遇福利

1.税前年薪约26-32万元人民币（具体面议），出站留穗工作，符合条件者可申领安家费30-60万元。

2.根据相关政策，符合条件者，可提供广州市、黄埔区科研启动经费20-35万元。

3.根据广州市相关政策，符合条件者，可协助落户广州市黄埔区，可申请黄埔区新入户补贴5万元。

4.支持博士后在站期间申请国家自然科学基金、博士后科学基金、博新计划、以及广东省各类科研项目和人才计划等，鼓励参加海外学术交流活动。

5.提供住房相关福利、节日礼品、生日卡、免费体检、员工食堂、通勤班车等丰厚的福利待遇。

Post-doctoral Fellows for Prof. Chichun Hu

Joint Recruitment by China-Singapore International Joint Research Institute (CSIJRI) and South China University of Technology (SCUT)

 

I. Introduction

Witnessed by the Chinese President Xi Jinping and Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, the China-Singapore International Joint Research Institute is an important international research translation platform. The institute is located in Guangzhou Knowledge City, home to many world-class resources for the international collaboration.

The South China University of Technology (SCUT) is a world leading research-intensive public university in China. Its three campuses are located in the city of Guangzhou, a thriving metropolis in Southern China, covering a total area of 391 hectares.

II. Research Areas

Our post-doctoral fellows will be working with Prof. Hu’s team specializing on pavement engineering, focus on researching novel asphalt mixtures containing new additives, smart materials in pavements and new maintenance technology. (http://www2.scut.edu.cn/jtxy/2019/0723/c1889a328896/page.htm)

III. Qualifications and Requirements

·Applicants should have either conferred a PhD degree no more than 3 years prior to application (Civil Engineering, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, 3D Radar or related subjects) or have passed the PhD oral defenses and are waiting for the certificate;

·Preferably under the age of 35;

·Strong research skills, have obtained good academic achievement in relevant fields, and are able to conduct research independently;

·Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written;

·Great communication skills and a team player;

·High impact publications as first author is preferred (including Journal Publications and/or Conference talks);

· Knowledge in bitumen chemistry or pavement engineering is desirable.

IV. Salary and Benefits

·Annual salary: 260,000-320,000CNY before tax depending on qualifications;

·Housing: housing subsidy is available or a flat will be provided;

·Upon the completion of their fellowship, fellows can apply to fill job vacancies at CSIJRI, and offers will be given to applicants as seem fit;

·CSIJRI encourages post-doctoral fellows to apply for various research projects and science foundations in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal provisions.
