一、学院简介

四川大学匹兹堡学院是由四川大学与美国匹兹堡大学（美国新闻与世界报道2022年全球大学排名第42位）合作成立的中外联合学院，是两所享有国际声誉的中美名校强强联合进行国际化办学的新模式，是教育部于2014年正式批准的中美顶尖研究型大学合作机构。学院引入国际一流大学的办学理念、ABET认证的课程体系、全球公开招聘的师资及优质教育资源，融合两校的学术及教育优势，采用全英语授课方式，目前开设计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、工业工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程五个本科专业。学院将紧跟“先进制造、物联网应用、大数据、人工智能”等技术发展方向，完善专业布局，从传统的工科型学院成长为交叉型的书院架构，形成优势突出、相互支撑、协同发展的学科体系，实现“推动现有工科专业再上新台阶、融入智能专业激发新活力，助力医工融合引领新模式”，致力于培养具有宽广国际化视野、知识基础与创新能力并强、适应国际化竞争环境的工科人才与社会精英。

SCUPI is an academic entity jointly established by Sichuan University and the University of Pittsburgh. Approved by China’s Ministry of Education in 2014, SCUPI is one of the large-scale partnerships between a top US university and a top-rate Chinese university. SCUPI now enrolls around 900 undergraduate students in five majors, including Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The technical curricula of SCUPI comply fully with those taught at the Swanson School of Engineering (SSOE) and the School of Computing and Information (SCI) of the University of Pittsburgh. SCUPI will continue to grow in size and discipline. Along with this strategic plan, a new SCUPI building is near completion. This new space and facilities will offer vast opportunities for innovations in education, research, and career development. Faculty and students benefit from the resources, support, and diverse environment fostered by Sichuan University, the University of Pittsburgh, and other partnering institutions around the globe.

二、招聘岗位

招聘岗位：教务人员1名（编制外招聘）Academic Administrator 

岗位描述Position Description ：

The Academic Administrator is responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students. The academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in following through and tracking the advancement of students.

主要职责Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 针对学术发展、海外联合培养及深造项目提供学生咨询服务

Provide counseling service regarding academic affairs and study abroad programs

2. 收集分析学生学业数据，跟踪关注学生的学术表现

Keep track on students' academic performance by collecting, analyzing and reviewing data and generate academic report accordingly

3. 协调四川大学与匹兹堡大学之间的学术教务问题，提供最新教务信息

Act as an interface between the Institute, Sichuan University, and the University of Pittsburgh in addressing academic issues or providing academic information

4. 与团队成员一同协作执行特别项目

Work collaboratively with other team members on special projects

Qualifications 招聘条件：

1. 研究生学历，拥有英语国家求学或工作/实习背景者优先

Master’s degree, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English speaking country preferred

2. 优秀的英语阅读与写作能力

High level of English proficiency in reading and writing

3. 熟悉美国的大学教育体系

Knowledgeable in American university education system

4. 拥有1-3年教育咨询工作/实习经验者优先

1-3 years of experience in educational counseling is a plus

5. 渴望在一个动态的、快节奏的、以目标为导向的、多元化的环境中工作

Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented, and diverse environment

6. 优秀的团队协作能力
